i saw this classic movie once in wowow...i didnt get any info bout the movie...

can anyone help me or tell me anything about a film/foreign film about a young boy and an older lady...they lived in the same house...

scenes from the movie...
- at the dinner table where the boy took the lady's undies while having dinner...

- the boy told the girl to undress for him and his friend, while he and his friend will be watching from a hole or from the ceiling hole...

- boy told the girl to open her blouse while serving food for the old man...old man jump/grabbed the girl...

- girl chases boy with flashlight with blankets hanging all over the place...and had sex with the boy...

- girl got married in the end with the old man...
